- lots of growth, interesting technical problems - if you have a good idea, management/engineers are interesting in making it happen - really smart senior engineers - lots of autonomy to do whats best for the product/company - great work life balance The market is booming and we have the best product. We are constantly improving processes and I can really see the change in the speed of deploying our software.

- tech debt, some products have been neglected and it is rough to fix them The Prague site is growing really fast and there is sometimes a lack of leadership. If you are willing to step in, you will be rewarded though.
