1. Lack of manpower. I got hire as Cashier but later on my work became not just what a Cashier do. I work also as customer service staff and sales representative simultaneously. 2. You will not get promoted if you're not 4 yrs grad even if your performance is good and you're doing your best. 3. We have 30 minutes to 1 hour of OTY (overtime without pay) almost everyday.
