Company standards are just for show, company vehicles, machines and equipment need to upgraded or replace, Low Salary, very bad attitude of owners (family runned and owned), when they visit the store you will always get yelled at, and will always get a taste of their temper in the form of very bad words in front of customers and collegues.

underpaid. some co-workers aren't professional with relating with other employees. HR does not assist properly in government requirements, lets you do all the work. HR are not empathic to employees. If they can't answer your queries they will not reply to you until the issue die down.
