    Pay, benefits, personal day, away from managers during the day

    Cons

    management, bad routes, long hours, minimal pay for 2 to 3 hour splits between delivery and pickups

    Care more about your employees happiness and less about productivity

    Great Team, Great Leaders (sales leader), good compensation overall, full line of benefits (insurances, RRP etc.)

    Cons

    Lack of vision, too self centered on the fact they are the biggest company in Canada.

    I worked at Purolator Courier part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Decent wage. Only 3-4 hour shift. Not alot of training if any.

    Cons

    Manual labour, sometimes short staffed. Makes for a long shift. If your co workers in other departments take there time or don't feel like working hard you have to bail them out.

    Pros

    Unionized , pension , decent wage

    Cons

    High stress , extremely demanding production expectations , very physically demanding , working in unpleasant weather conditions at times.

    Advice to Management

    Put air ride seats in vehicles. Drivers already have the demands of lifting , their backs don't need any more unnecessary forces and physical strain.

    Workers there can not do their job right and be lazy as well as annoy the heck out of you. They cant get fired and they know that because of union.

    brand recognition, friendly environment, environmentally friendly, community involvement.

    Cons

    management heavily micromanages the Inside Sales team. Minimal promotion opportunities, declining service quality, especially in 2017.

    Pros

    You are in charge of your own day and your own work schedule. If you can manage yourself, then everything is in your own hands.

    Cons

    Purolator will preach quality when selling to it's customers, but purchase the lowest price when buying equipment. Negatively impacting their ability to deliver a quality service.

    Advice to Management

    Practice what you preach. Spend money to make money. Buying inferior equipment costs more than than you think. Not all your customers will forgive and come back once you've lost them business.
