I worked at PwC (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great vacation time, always an adventure.

    Cons

Great vacation time but no time to take it because you are always so busy and short staffed. If you work in IFS very limited chance of advancement and always feeling they job maybe outsourced soon.

    Advice to Management

Stop worrying how the bottom line looks on paper when you outsource internal dept's. Its hurting the company in the long run making it harder to get things done, sometimes you can't get things done at all because of outsourcing.
