I have been working at PwC as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

From the associates to the exposure and overall experience, I have been completely blown away by this incredible internship experience. Everyone here at PwC does all that they can to keep you happy, busy and feeling like a real addition to the team. The partners are interactive with the employees, the managers care to help you with short term and long term goals, and the other associates are a great source for questions and help. I love this company and I hope to work here full time after college!

    Cons

It is a stressful job, especially during busy season, but that is to be expected from public accounting. The team does a great job in balancing the overall workload and helping each other out when need be.

I have been working at PwC as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hands-on learning and training, high wages, updated technology, smart and friendly coworkers, intern events.

    Cons

Busy-season commitment if you decide to work full-time with the firm, but most people know what is expected of them when they sign on, as is typical of any big-four firm. However, I must say PwC sounds a lot more flexible than most in creating a schedule that works for you.

    Advice to Management

The whole experience seemed a bit short, as 2 weeks for full training, and one week was mostly off for 4th of July, so actualy work experience was limited to about 5 weeks.

I have been working at PwC as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Very challenging summer, but it was great work. The people here are amazing, they really care about you as a person and your growth as a professional. It's easy to talk with anyone at any level, from a senior associate all the way up to a Partner. They're all accessible and they all demonstrate an interest in you.

    Cons

Can have some super long days, staying in the office as late as 9pm or having to come in as early as 7am. But with all things considered, it's not like that every day, so it's not too bad.
