    Pros

PWC offers a supportive envionment for its junior employees. The support you get is incredible and life-changing. Good place for go-getters

    Cons

HR can be ruthless. Need to fight for the work you want. Salary is pretty low for industry and doesn't make up for the experience gained.

I have been working at PwC (More than a year)

    Pros

Huge company, has a lot of "pull", prestige, power, great people, and great clients. The firm loves to work hard but also play hard. You will not skimp on team events and other celebratory events. I genuinely think that the company works hard to please the people who work for them.

    Cons

Hours can be tough, some people find the work stressful, and pretty unhealthy at times. Similar to any other office job, you sit at a computer, staring at a screen for hours on end, looking forward to stuffing your face with the highest calorie item on the dinner menu that the company pays for. So you have to actively find ways to stay fit. Can end up eating most of your life. Work life balance is still a hot topic.

    Advice to Management

No advice to management as of now. The company is a great place to work for.
