I worked at PwC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Secondments across the globe
    Social parties
new offices are all accessible by Go Train

    Cons

Partners still have a 1960's mindset with respect to equitable career development. If you don't work in the Toronto office, don't bother expecting to ever reach senior positions. You were doomed from the day you accepted in Oakville.

    Advice to Management

A secondment should be mandatory for all staff before Sr. Manager. It gives you different perspective on working environments and effective communication.

I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Dependable job, good team to work with, keeps you busy. Location was suitable for my daily commute, but that's just subjective.

    Cons

Can feel like the stereotypical stuck-in-a-cubicle job, need to focus on the bigger picture. Would be nice to be able to work from home.

    Advice to Management

Try to create a less hamster in a wheel environment for employees. More chances to rise in the ranks internally would be nice as well.
