    Pros

Working with the brightest minds in the business
PwC is truly the trend setter in tax services for Asset Management companies
Yes we work hard, and alot of overtime, but that is what we signed up for
    Great benefits
    Competitive compensation plan

    Cons

    Long hours
    Stressful at times
    Challenging work
Big group so people may feel marginalized at times
Politics throughout the hierarchy, stay clear of gossip and you will be fine

    Advice to Management

    Better compensation rewards
Kissing up does not mean you are doing a good job
Reward performance along with personality, not just personality

I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, good pay, great people

    Cons

Most people say the travel is the worst part long term. It definitely wears on you after a while, but this wasn't part of my job.

    Advice to Management

Great company to work for and I really enjoy the alumni benefits that keep people connected even after they leave. I would love to see the Recruiting tools have more usage though. You could really help out a lot of former employees if that recruiting tool was more up to date and effective.

I have been working at PwC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

High base salary, motivated people, lots of opportunities in advisory especially. They don't force rank consultants by the end of the year, which helps foster a more collaborative and friendly work environment

    Cons

relatively lower bonus in consulting, client profile not as high as the MBB, still has a reputation for being an "accounting" firm

    Advice to Management

Continue to build the advisory practice through organic growth, leverage existing assurance relationships to acquire new clients

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

PwC compensates fairly and allows you to work in a friendly environment overall. You have great mobility and a world-wide pool of people you can interact and network with. The training programs are excellent and they pay for extra perks like your cellphone bill. Your career is in your hands.

    Cons

    The hours can be ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Utilize your employees in other departments during their downtime so you don't have to work them like machines when it's busy to compensate.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Usually trys to do the right thing. Culture of partnership allows more of a beg forgiveness than ask permission culture, which keeps partnership nimble. Focus on education, opportunity and advancement. I believe compensation relative to Industry is good, but I need to spend more time in Glassdoor to confirm

    Cons

Frequently seems like those that get promoted have more of a short term financial bottom line attitude than the general culture of long term growth. Sometimes achieves great results by outworking rather than out thinking. Maybe this is endemic to consulting.

    Advice to Management

Continue attitude of acquisition and growth during economic downturns.
