    Big firm, fairly decent pay, met a lot of good people

    Cons

    Terrible management, no idea how to run a consulting business, very very revenue/sales based as opposed to customer based, several partners who treat people poorly

    Advice to Management

    Leave.....bring in new consulting management team that knows how to run a business and treat people properly

    Dedicated coworkers, all the perks of corporate, lots of opportunity to learn/grow as long as you're willing to seek them out, always networking opportunities

    Cons

    You might think you're being clear in iterating your career goals or setting work/life balance boundaries, but when you're an associate, unless you have a mentor that is willing to fight for you, it can be hard to get anyone to really listen to you.
