I worked at PwC as an intern

    Pros

Many projects are looking for interns. They give a good consulting experience. Get a good introduction to consulting

    Cons

They randomly allot verticals to you. They do not check prior experience. In that case it can be difficult to get used to the vertical

    Advice to Management

please make review process a bit more transparent. check background before allotting verticals. give client interaction to every intern

I have been working at PwC as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Solid company with people who care. Great exposure to FSO services and they follow your passion closely. The management is engaged.

    Cons

The office is too big. When you get shuffled between departments, too much emphasis is put on getting to know people instead of the job.

I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Accelerated learning curve with (generally) excellent managers who invest in growth of team members, firm is growing quickly and is committed to re-investing in employees, tons of work events and firm-provided perks, solid flexibility in most lines of service outside of busy season

    Cons

Demanding schedule, particularly during busy season if you aren't all that interested in financial accounting/auditing

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fast growing company, with lots of opportunity.Hardworking people, very team oriented, promotions are given to people who earn it not much is based on how much you're liked. Frequent and honest feedback is encouraged. Very good work life balance and based on how hard we work. Complete detachment is encouraged during PTO/Vacation.

Utilizes new technology such as Goggle Mail to attract younger professionals. Great office party. Promotes physical and mental health.

    Cons

Its hard work... which is not a con but if you're not a type A leader kind of person you won't succeed or at least you won't succeed rapidly.
Sometimes management can get really busy so its hard to communicate but to counteract this PwC encourages reverse manage. Meaning lower staff can give feedback to upper staff and it isn't held against you because promotions are based on work quality. Very much a people life, but quality and numbers do not.

No really cons. I love working here. I'm doing what I love with plenty of options to try other things.

    Advice to Management

Continue to encourage reverse feedback, but make sure the feedback is being heard and change being made
