I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Development opportunities, allowed to use initiative to solve problems, clear line of promotion, personal benefits and lots of incentives available.

    Cons

High expectations, pay could be better and little in the way of bonus, not much else required to keep everyone happy.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

    Cons

    Overtime
Salaries 15-30% below industry level (but progression opportunities are nuch better so it is somewhat justified)

I worked at PwC (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great place to work where you are working with very talented people in a competitive environment. Able to trade up on holidays by 5 days and roll over 10 days allowing for up to 40 days to be held in one year!

    Cons

Depending on what department you work in the hours can be anti social as they demand a lot of their staff. In my former department the hours were very antisocial and irregular and you had to give up all your social plans at the drop of a hat.

    Advice to Management

Although there is a focus on work life balance there should be more. For the pay, lower grade staff members should not be worked this hard. If there was overtime then this would make working late much more palatable.
