    Cons

Not a great paying company unless you are a manager I and higher

    Advice to Management

Those who are less than a manager I in position should be offered better bonuses. Limited career growth if in IFS division.

    Pros

Good benefits, challenging opportunities, lots of intelligent people, ability to shift jobs or experience different fields within the company

    Pros

Great online training tools; cutting edge practices

    Cons

I have been working at PwC as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay, training, culture, and growth opportunities. Interns are expected to step into a real client engagement and add value from day 1. Support network is also very strong.

    Cons

Some interns in my class seemed to have trouble getting staffed to a client, and instead did IFS tasks all summer. That was very few, however.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the support network and training, as I think this is what younger generations reall care about.
