    Pros

    Training are world class.
    Projects are nail biting.
    Clients are huge.
    Opportunities are unlimited.
    Working style is very flexible.

    Cons

All the above mentioned "Pros" are killed by the management by not hearing the exact situation of the employee.
Very often favoritism works than real talent.
No constructive feedback or honest assessment which can resolve the gap.
Often lost with monotonous local work-culture rather than being International.
Zero inclusive (tolerance) personalities, often diversity is not applied in reality though used quite regularly in words (only).
    Ruthless hierarchical management.

    Advice to Management

Apply and structure the STRATEGY build rather than just marketing them.

Live and make others also live up-to the value for which PwC is known around the world for.
