    I have been working at PwC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Caring people, nurture your talent, let you leverage your strengths, challenge your skills and abilities to enhance them further. Good projects, good clientele, good exposure, very good environment.

    Cons

    Pays less compared to other Big 4s. Leaves could be more. Training could be more planned and effective. Rest is all good!!

    Advice to Management

    Have a better leaves policy. Use more modern IT systems internally. Training initiatives need to be revisited.
