I have been working at PwC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Being part of a network, top tier clients.

    Cons

    - Salaries. They should be aligned with the rest of the network. Moreover, employees who work in big and expensive cities should earn more just like it happens in other countries.
    - Internship is 6 months at 700€ per month.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest to revise salaries and increase them, aligning them with the networks standards. Also employees working in the most expensive cities in the country should be paid more (just like it happens in London, Sydney, NY which have the highest salaries of their respective countries).

I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Provides high class service to clients. Great team work and managers, very knowledgeable people and very helpful. You get to meet very important people who have shaped the financial industry like CEOs etc.

    Cons

Work life balance is very underestimated, long working hours are considered "official hours" . Sometimes it can be very political to climb the career ladder .

    Advice to Management

Management should work on promoting a better work life balance and also a flatter organization. Moreover, would be beneficial to allow employees to pursue learning and development courses more often
