I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working in the FS practice for 4 years now. Variety of clients, decent work exposure and opportunity to learn a little bit about the business.
    Pay is good.

    Cons

    Oh man, so many -
    1. Seniors actually don't care about you and your personal life.
    2. Your career move to any other segment is so ferociously challenged.
    3. Favouritism and politics.
    4. No recognition for extraordinary work. You only get more work if you finish yours early.

    Advice to Management

Please act and don't just show.
Look at things bottom up and you'll realize that there are problems at lower levels which you don't even see with your myopic view from the top
