    Pros

    The best and one of the largest professional services firm in India
    Very deep and diverse capabilities
    Provides very good platform to employees to create value for the clients
    Ethical conduct and value based

    Cons

    Usual challenges of consulting work, and of Indian clients
    Very good processes, but some employees find them bureaucratic

    Advice to Management

    Keep the growth ambition on, and collaborate well to win.

    Pros

    Its a pleasure to work with concern like Price Waterhouse. Focuses on employee growth & overall personality development. In addition to this you get to experience lavish corporate culture.

    Cons

    Since, I'm working in Auditing department there is always a deadline attached to each & every assignment. So, i have to work for 12-14 hrs a day and I have to work on weekends as well.

    1. Tremendous scope for learning on the job as junior ranks are given project lead and execution responsibilities.
    2. From my past Big4 experience, undoubtedly 'The Best' when it comes to Work - Life balance

    Better will say 'Development Needs' than Cons:
    1. Introduce more X-LOS movement of resources
    2. Integration of Partnership model for competing with MBB and strategy consulting firms (this is restrictive to Advisory practice only)
