    Pros

Great opportunities to see a lot at a low level and crazy learning curve. Teaches you a lot about accounting and about yourself

    Cons

You get worked like a dog, and depending on your team it is not recognized. Some teams have it awesome and some teams work 50 days straight through, it is luck of the draw

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good coworkers and colleagues, over time meal meal policy is nice.

    Cons

Bad management and difficult clients, a lot of outsourcing, sometimes unrealistic expectations. There is also no ability to give upper levels of management any feedback that is meaningful so that they can manage better, feedback only comes from above. Pay is also mediocre for the amount of hours expected.

    Advice to Management

Take care of those below you, do not crush them.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work experience. The people who you work with.

    Cons

The hoteling policy where you switch desks every day does not work, mainly because they force you to sit on a floor that doesn't have enough seats for everyone sitting on it. It is clear that upper management doesn't really care about the associate level working under them. It is clear political moves between groups. The water machine in the NYC office had maggots.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of hoteling or fix it. Give some insentives to your employees. Treat people like people and not machines. Create an enviorment that encourages collaborative work, right now it's pure competition on all levels. After working here if I go to the client side I don't want to work with pwc for the way they treat their employees.

    Pros

    Great experience. Learn a lot.

    Cons

    Poor company culture.
    No work life balance/flexibility

    Advice to Management

Care more about the employees and they won't quit
