    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at PwC as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Access to large scale client base

    Cons

Independent contractors expect 60-90 days for payment, not 30-45 day promised.

    Advice to Management

If the new PwC model is to use independents than pay them fairly and within 45 days. Fix the issues with using an intermediary (MBO Partners) and appoint someone that is willing to help the independent - rather than a professional e-mailer

    Pros

Great opportunities to see a lot at a low level and crazy learning curve. Teaches you a lot about accounting and about yourself

    Cons

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good coworkers and colleagues, over time meal meal policy is nice.

    Cons

Bad management and difficult clients, a lot of outsourcing, sometimes unrealistic expectations. There is also no ability to give upper levels of management any feedback that is meaningful so that they can manage better, feedback only comes from above. Pay is also mediocre for the amount of hours expected.

    Advice to Management

Take care of those below you, do not crush them.
