    Pros

    Lots of scope to develop career and work abroad if you want to do that. And no lack of funds generally speaking for projects.

    Cons

    Slow moving and communications isn't a huge focus. Lack of support for developing career unless you are on the partner track.

    Pros

    PwC is a great and powerful brand. PwC proposes a lot of interesting missions and offers a lot of opportunities.

    Cons

    PwC does not propose the best HR management. Not the greatest environment to work. But things are really changing these last years.

    I have nothing particular to say as an advice to management. I think management is doing very well and PwC is going in the right direction!
