    Variety of duties as an Executive Assistant, diversity with our company, great benefits, including vacation time off and unlimited sick leave.

    Work/life balance could be much better.

    Great benefits, great pay, great reputation in the community!! Employers seek out former PwC employees because of the noteworthy reputation for hiring qualified candidates.

    Cons

    In addition to your client billable hours there is a lot additional training courses you must take to stay compliant.

    Advice to Management

    Push more towards a flexible work schedule in the federal government sector.

    Pros

    This company has some of the best and brightest talent and I am happy to work alongside of them. (DC firm)

    Cons

    Some overtime is expected, especially do work for the firm. However there are flexibility depending on who is managing your team and what client you're working for.

    Advice to Management

    While I think most management do actively listen to the ideas of junior staff, I think they can be more open to the ideas of junior staff. Not just listen to them but actually use those ideas and implement them. (Referring to DC firm)
