    Pros

    Work with great people
    Exposure to various industries, this allows you to gain a wealth of knowledge for different industries, almost like a free MBA! I've learned about banking, asset management, real estate, and pension funds
    -Most teams provide amazing flexibility

    Cons

    Can be really long hours if you get stuck on a bad busy season job (weekend working, 14+ hour days)
    Bonus is pretty low if you are below manager level (1K-3K)

    flexibility and better bonus structure
