    Pros

The Partners truly care about all levels of staff. It is a family atmosphere. They are changing to understand the new type of employee and working on flexibility.

    Cons

Client services doesn't know when to "turn off the clock" you are expected to reply to emails any time of the day. It is not a 9 to 5pm job.

    Advice to Management

live the flexibility that you promote

    Pros

    Salary, 401K, Benefits, Learning Reimbursement

    Cons

Travel, The work can be tediuous

    Advice to Management

I understand that having an on-premise client-facing presence provides differentiation to our clients inherently. However, the landscape of Advisory consulting is changing and 90-100% travel, in my opinion, is completely unnecessary.

    Pros

Working with the best of the best. Great mentoring. Great place to learn skills and get experience with top clients

    Cons

Limited growth potential after awhile. It's easy to progress, but more challenging to grow after a certain point. It's a big firm and there are lots of opportunities for exploration and development, but it's still a big company. Like other big companies, it's sometimes burdened by its size

    Advice to Management

    None. Great firm.
