I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Client list and client exposure are generally of good quality.

    Cons

Client work mostly consists of project management in the back office, and is generally detached from the clients' mission and commercial objectives. Efforts to improve work-life balance are almost entirely just lip service.

    Advice to Management

Internal tools are too disparate and usually overcomplicate what should be simple processes. Replicate what works at other firms before designing something from scratch.
