I worked at PwC (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Met great friends working at PwC. Though the long hours can be tiring, you certainly form a bond with your co-workers through the process.

    Cons

Good work experience if you want a profession in accounting. If you think you'd like to go into finance down the line, stay away.

    Advice to Management

Make incentive compensation more meaningful. Unless you want to make partner, there is little financial incentive to be top rated instead of middle/bottom rated.

The people at PWC are enjoyable to work with. If you are not from the Bay area it will give you the chance to meet friends quickly.
