    2. Industry ranging experience
    3. Colleagues work hard and are down to earth
    4. Opportunity for good, technical writing
    5.

    Cons

    1. Stuck in a conference room most for hours, weeks, days or months at client sites
    2. Mundane, uninteresting subject matter across the lines of services of audit and tax
    3. Long hours during busy season, which can last for months (sometimes half the year)

    Advice to Management

Foster career growth and development by truly understanding that 1st year associates straight out of college may not understand what they got into and if they express other interests or passions, support that exploration and development

    Pros

Working with very smart people from all over the world, and working closely with partners and senior associates.

    Cons

Salary is low and therefore turnover is high. Except for a few projects, the bulk of the work tends to be repetitive.

    Advice to Management

Focus on investing more in your employees. They will invariably leave unless salary is brought up to market.
