I have been working at PwC full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very smart co-workers, both intellectual and emotional intelligence are very high. A lot of cool technologies and tools that you can use and apply within the company. The firm truly values for diversity and corporate responsibility.

    Cons

    -Long working hours
    -Low retain rate
    -Poor staff resourcing
-Could get political sometimes, you can feel it even at staff level
-A lot of very competent employees have left after they made seniors, and even before making it to seniors, due to the low salary compared to long working hours. You really need to learn how to say no from time to time and being polite (or political if you really do care about the relationships you have with the people here). Firm just change the bonus program and lots of people are really upset about it.
-Firm don't provide a lot of support for international student either. I had to fight for my case so they could agree to sponsor for my H1B lottery application during my STEM OPT Extension period if I couldn't get my working visa the first time I applied. And firm only sponsors for green card when you survive to the manager level where in industry, some companies start to apply greencard for you right away. Just don't give me the feeling that the firm would like you to stay

    Advice to Management

Please listen and show that you do care about us instead of just saying.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good salary increase. Great coworkers based on my personal experience with the firm so far.

    Cons

PwC is a bit more conservative than the other firms when it comes to promotion. You can put yourself for early promotion if you have prior experience or are outstanding among your peers. Provided you are a campus hire with no work experience, by default, you need 3 year experience to get promoted to senior whereas 1.5-2 years seem a norm for the other firms.
