I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Generally speaking the benefits and salary is good enough in comparison to other companies in Taiwan. The hours are fixed for me but I rarely have to stay overtime.

    Cons

Unless you enjoy taking care of people and answering a lot of simple questions, then this job is a bit boring. Secretaries are sometimes a glorified administration assistant, so you really have to do a lot outside the original scope but it's really difficult to talk about it.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any. This is probably just a personality thing.
