    Pros

Lots of travel and some clever people

    Cons

Too big you are a 6 digit number. Also I think the review system is flawed as there's a lot of game playing

I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, good work-life balance, opportunity to rotate and work with different teams and sectors

    Cons

A support network is really bad, grad scheme is badly managed and you get left alone to look for client work or any form of work. Disability network is close to non-existent

    Advice to Management

Manage the grad scheme better and put them on client jobs. Develop support networks and actual community so grads don't feel like they are left on their own.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A world of opportunities and possibilities if you know how to navigate.
    A safe environment for learning.

    Cons

Silent aggressive environment for senior management.
    Very passive with low performers
    Not fair with high performers
    Encourages medium performers

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking that the partnership model is what your workforce aspires for their careers. Love to the organisation only comes with REAL work-life balance, opportunities and compensation. The leadership speech does not match with the reality anymore.
