Since the company was bought it has been a downward spiral. Upper management is completely out of touch with the reality of the company at the ground level. The owner is very ambitious at building and expanding the company, yet their foundation is comical. They dabble in too many services and are subpar at a majority of them instead of mastering a few and growing the reputation back from what it was from the original owner. This is not a company you can expand/grow in. Majority of the time it is a chaotic environment and they stack as much as they can on individuals. Bottom line, the company is completely flailing and the owners ego to do more on an unstable foundation will be the inevitable demise of what once was a company built on integrity, values and pride in delivering a quality product/service. Life is short, Pyro-Comm is not a company that will value your mental health, it’s a constant rollercoaster of stretched resources, lack of competent leadership and rapidly declining morale.
