    This company is the type of company you want to retire in. Excellent work life balance, great management, amazing 401k plan with company match, good PTO

    Cons

    I really think this company was great but transferring to a different team was difficult. I left because I wanted to gain more knowledge in reporting.

    Pros

    Global network, dedicated people, seems to be turning the corner on clarity of mission and purpose but time will tell if consumers and brokers buy in.

    Cons

    Management turnover prohibits clarity of mission and continual redirection, inability to integrate IT systems. Lack of clarity around appetite. Vision and mission do not match distribution and customer demands. Products not competitive for target market segment. Management struggles with silo mentality and unable to create an enterprise wide effective team. Struggles with gathering and using data and matrix for key decisions and severely behind market leaders in this regard.

    Advice to Management

    Stability in management, set visision and mission and stick to it, focus on consumer demands in niche market segments and solve for that demand. Meet the customers needs.

    Great work life balance, good benefits. Everyone in the team is very nice and willing to help.

    Most people workers are fine, pay is good but your health will suffer.

    Management terrible destroying people the way they do business, Corporate division management have no idea, no communication, keep changing direction.

    Wake up, one day you will have to answer to someone what you have done to this place and its people.
