I worked at QBE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Really great pay and bonus. A bonus plan for all employees that are non-exempt full time, you do not have to be in management. Diversity is welcomed and celebrated.

    Cons

The same issues that plague large companies. The bureaucracy, and change is slow. QBE is like most other big companies, they simply pay better.
