I worked at QBSI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you get along with senior management, your job is secure and they are willing to move you around to find a place.

    Cons

Upper management promotes mostly their family and friends.

If you disagree with management, they take it personally and it becomes extremely difficult to work effectively.

Professional development program is more of a popularity contest rather than based on merit.

    Advice to Management

Don't take it personally if employees disagree with you. If you hire professionals, you need to trust their judgement. Otherwise, why spend so much money on talent you're not going to use?

    I worked at QBSI full-time

    Pros

Misery loves company. QBSI has a large sales headcount so you won't have to suffer alone.

    Cons

Sales leadership is focused more on their own ego than their customer's needs, wants, and likes.

    Advice to Management

Take personal responsibility for all the current and prospective customers your organization has let down due to ineffective sales leadership.

    May 25, 2017 – Marketing Assistant

I worked at QBSI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Great sales training.
    -Established products.
    -Decent amount of potential mentors.

    Cons

Their approach to selling is archaic, and they use outdated technology. Especially as it relates to sales management, document distribution, and processing. They are a Xerox company and weren't using digital signature technology...

    Advice to Management

Overhaul your tech and replace it with things that actually function from a sales process perspective. Stop forcing sales people to make cold calls on garbage lists, invest some money...
