    I worked at QBurst full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    * 6 month appraisal.

    * Opportunity to work on latest technologies.

    * Flexible hours.(Not for all)

    * Work from home option. (Not for all)

    * Half day leave policy.

    * No strict dress codes, casuals allowed.

    * Good infrastructure compared to similar level companies.

    Cons

    * No work life balance. (Depends on the allocated projects and that depends on how good you are at impression management)

    * Joined here as a fresher, got no proper training, no materials, no guidance.

    * Biased appraisals and project allocations.

    * Hectic work schedules due to unrealistic promises to clients.

    * Management shamelessly asks developers to work overtime and Weekends continuously for months.

    * Hard working employees are not getting recognised. There are some people with narcissistic personality disorder who will criticise your work for boasting themselves. They try to take credit for all the work done by others in the team.

    * No on site opportunities.

    * Everyone fears for the job security since seniors are getting fired regularly.

    * Lot of internal politics and groupism.

    * Your life at QBurst will purely depend on your manager's mindset. If he/she thinks that you are a machine, then it is you fate.

    Advice to Management

    * Please understand that developers are also human beings.

    * Instead of useless communication building training, conduct some tech training sessions.

    * Don't write/ask to write fake reviews for increasing the company rating in Glassdoor and similar sites. Let others know what QBurst really is.

    * Please practice to say NO to clients of unachievable targets.

    * Discrimination and inequal pay will result in losing dedicated & loyal employees.

    I worked at QBurst full-time

    Pros

    I worked as an Engineer at QBurst for more than 2 years at its Kochi office.
    Overall, it was a very good experience for me.

    Here are few pros which you might not find in other companies(according to me):-

    --> Freedom (Includes flexibility as well) [One of the best things about QBurst Kochi]
    --> Encourages and supports you for your extra curricular activities mainly revolving around the latest cutting edge technology.
    --> Good HR department
    --> There are lots of experienced seniors who are very humble and helps you clear your doubts(as well as helps us in case a need arises)
    --> 6 months appraisal policy
    --> Although "onsite" opportunities are less, but there are already so much internal opportunities
    --> Internal politics is very very less
    -->Most Project Managers and Team Leads are approachable and friendly in nature
    --> A highly professional senior executive to lead us
    --> You can even take up your hobby project on AI, ML, Encryption, PWA, chatbots, IoT or anything

    Cons

    I have been working at QBurst for more than 2 years and can't think of any major "Cons" as such.

    Advice to Management

    --> Would be great if the temperature(A/C) is kept at an optimum level consistently.
    --> Please do keep up the current wonderful work culture which offers freedom to the employees(This is one of the major reasons which keeps QBurst apart from others).
