    Pros

    Nothing good to say here.

    Cons

Management is unorganized and asks you to do things they will not or can't do. The operations manager is the worst.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and don't ask them to do things you can't do.

I have been working at QC Holdings full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Full benefits, Work with public and help those in need, Casual dresscode, Pay is more than my previous job, Very positive people in my office.
Ability to move up in the company (They like to promote from within)

    Cons

Trying to collect from those who owe- esp when they wont answer the phone :p

    Advice to Management

To offer reviews for raises every 90 days... that would be great. Those who work really hard deserve it.

I worked at QC Holdings full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Co-workers are great people. Upper management is stale. Need more "good job, thank you for your hard work" type of encouragement

    Cons

Under appreciated, lacks in training on new products. The upper management does not care about you. Company does not promote within. Management will hire outside friends for better jobs. No advancement opportunities because uppers do not want to go thru hiring an training your replacement.

    Advice to Management

Show appreciation for your employees. Stop talking down to employees. Promoting from within keeps great employees for a long time. If upper management treated employees better, they would probably stay longer. To many lies and misrepresentation of work duties. Secrets are for children. Keep your employees informed. This company needs major change in management. New and fresh people (managers) bring in better ideas and helps keep employees interested. Could be a great place to work if changes were made in management.
