I have been working at QTM part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule and lots of exercise. Pays more than minimum wage without experience needed. You just have to be physically able to stand or walk for extended amounts of time.

    Cons

Work is mostly outside in garden center and it can be cold, hot or rainy and you have to get plants out. If it's raining a lot there is inside work to do. Seasonal work.

    Advice to Management

Make sure new hires are aware of their responsibilities.

I have been working at QTM part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

flexible schedule for those who have other things

    Cons

hours go down and now im back on the job market. this happens every season

    Advice to Management

hire full year people if you actually want to instill company principles. Hiring people from the streets and expecting them to represent you in the right light is completely naive and far fetching.

    Pros

Flexable Hours, I like the work.

    Cons

We end up doing work for the permantly employed people there., In which is not stated in our contract. I take pride in my work where as the permantly employed seem not to care at all.

    Advice to Management

If I am going to have to do my job and there's I would like a raise. Or some other kind of compensation, ( example ) mileage money.

I worked at QTM part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They hours you work here are very flexible. You typically do your work without having any boss. Great if you're going to college. You will generally work outside if you're working at a Lowe's Store.

    Cons

The pay isn't good. You have to deal with management from whichever store you're stationed at along with management from your company. You'll be working in the hot part of the season (March to June). It's a pain to have to deal with customers while you're trying to get out a lot of product too.

    Advice to Management

Give more incentives to people who work their for longer periods of time. Also, give more pay increases.
