    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Qasid Arabic Institute as a contractor

    Pros

A renown institution which has respectable history in teaching Rabi for nonnative speakers in Jordan, the Middle East and the whole region.

    Cons

1.The supervisor was not suppprtive and I did not recieve enough instruction and orientation on how to deal with nonarabs
    2. The supervisor was not professional in giving feedback
    3. Hiring process does not neccessarily imply professiency in the Arabic language or relative expeirence
    4. Salaries are below the usual rate of Arabic teachers for nonnative speakers

    Advice to Management

1.Pay more effort in training new employees and supporting them, and keep professional attitude when giving feedback
    2. Raise salaries scale
    3. Develop a program for incentives

I worked at Qasid Arabic Institute full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Best place I have ever worked at. Best management. Best instructors and best environment to be creative. Basically the sky is your limit. I had to leave the company for some personal reasons. Starting salary was double the average instructor salary in Amman. What I also love about them is that they train you prior to the 2nd interview to give you the full opportunity of working with them

    Cons

Nothing!! There's nothing bad I can say about Qasid. I truly think it's the idealist work for anyone and I strongly recommend it.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! You are doing a great job

I worked at Qasid Arabic Institute part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

One of the best institutes for teaching Arabic to Non-Native speakers, mainly because it was established long before other institutes.

    Cons

It is expensive for some students, and may be strict to instructors. It also has one branch only in Amman and needs more improvements.

    Advice to Management

Provide more help to its instructors.
