- Salary is competitive, although remember that cost of living is very high - Time off - Benefits

- They will try to cheat and steal you out of everything they can, don't expect to have a relationship of trust - They have a highly toxic work environment based on the concept of "wastah", which means that your actual performance doesn't matter at all - it is about politics and that is itself completely embedded in racist and sexist stereotypes - The lifestyle is great if you enjoy living in a fancy mall surrounded by slave servants

Cons
Leadership is inconsistent and things are constantly changing. It's impossible to know what project will continue or be cut due to indecisiveness and leaders without the appropriate training to fully execute the job. Most leaders are in their role because they are related to someone or have the appropriate last name. Many of the nationals do not work so expats are required to do double duty to pick up the slack. Nationals make at least twice what expats do.

Extremely difficult to get promoted for Expats. Managers and above positions are exclusively reserved for Nationals Job security depends on Oil prices. If it goes down, expect a salary cut of job cut
