    Pros

    Compensation and people were the best part of working there. The staff were multicultural but all business was in English.

    Cons

    It’s not easy to move such a large ship. When change came, there seemed to be a “fire and hire” over reaction.

    Pros

    Good company in the hand of un-experienced Management.

    Cons

    Monagement Contractor work for money, did their exercise, advised to remove above 25 % of staff, their recommendation made middle management very much confused, they were forced to follow recommendation of Manpower contractor, Within days they were told to reduce manpower by 30%, otherwise lower management will be punished, hence quick and wrong decision were made removing lots of important and talented staff. Now the company is suffering, will have bad impact in long term.
