The company also provides a work platform for International Industry standards. In addition, the company fully support its employees with medical benefits, family status, recreational facilities, additional allowances and periodic increments with bonuses.

Although, the company has training centers and facilities, there is a limited chance for an employee to upgrade skills out of the work scope.
