-Good financial package (competeive salaries, medical insurance...etc) - Stable management - flexible time. - accommodation for humanitarian cases, e.g. emergency leaves - relative job security

-A lot of internal politics -limited opportinuties for promotion for both Qatari and expatriates. -lack of transparency and abuse of power by direct managers (HR, in most cases, are useless, if they are not working with the manager against the employee especially when it comes to promotions) -baised performance evaluation
