    Pros

Good salary, good work balance. Cosmopolitan environment. The internal services are very good. Safety Job. Easy acess to high management persons. Living in Qatar there are good things to say as safety city, there are a lot of construction. The city are in progress and in few years will be a nice city to live. In the emergency response department there are person from different nationalities.

    Cons

No promotions, you won't be promoted, the company has a Qatarization process. You will prepare a local man to be your boss in the future. You don't have priority for events as congress and seminary. The traffic in the city is very hard and dangerous.

    Cons

The work pressure on Engineering staff is too much. Qatar Petroleum don't engage Project Management Consultant (PMC) and whole work is being handled by Qatar Petroleum Engineers. There is need of PMC in line with most of the operators.
