    Multicultural and multilingual environment After office hours are normally respected by Management, especially Fridays Good benefits

    Pros

    Good Company, Excellent benefits, Expectation is to work your standard contracted hours. Neither management nor staff are expected to work extra hours.

    Cons

    Qatarization program in place, Locals get promoted only for just being in the office, not for what they can do. Very very limited career progression No training budget for expat staff

    Great package and benefits, work-life balance, nice offices, international environment and great colleagues, exposure to big oil&gas business, overall great experience.

    Cons

    Very limited career progression for expats, getting managerial position is very hard if not impossible

    Comfortable working patterns and good work life balance.

    Cons

    Very limited career progression opportunities. Literally no professional development provided (for expatriates). Salary band caps. Layoffs and salary cuts only apply to expatriates. Increasing targets for staff nationalization.
