Pros
Under demanding and therefore an easy life if you want it, pay and rewards reasonable, leave for senior staff is excellent when added to the Eid and national holidays.
Cons
Hundreds now laid off in May and June in the reorganisation which has been done slowly to avoid a press reaction, unfortunately they have not weeded out on a performance basis and so many are left who do absolutely nothing. Could well lead to a disaster of some sort.
