    Pros

Steady work, not a difficult job, usually easy to get 36 hours a week

    Cons

no benefits, some stores have lots of catering orders which can throw off production
You'll never get 40+ hours regularly (they'd have to offer benefits to you)

    Advice to Management

keep your promises to hourly employees about pay raises and promotions.

I worked at Qdoba part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Qdoba Corporate strives to provide great products to their customers. Blows the competition out of the water

    Cons

Franchising, lack of training, and poor management, lack of customer service

    Advice to Management

Bring back the quality to working at Qdoba. The customers loved the food and enjoy great customer service even more, considering their food is being prepared to their liking right in front of them. Management quality has gone so far down that there is no longer motivation for employees to strive for excellence.

I have been working at Qdoba full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Greet environment and leadership they care about the people who work for them. It was easy to get noticed and move up.

    Cons

Can be lots of hours. Budget cut made it hard to get better supply's to make the job easier and when labor had to be cut I had to work the hours to make it up.

    Advice to Management

As long as you have a strong core team and you take care of them and just continuously develop people around you everything will work out.

    Pros

Structured fast paced environment that allows quick paced workers to maintain a high level of personal and team satisfaction.

I have been working at Qdoba part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good food and relatively easy work depending on location and day. The people there for the most part are very nice.

    Cons

    Relatively low pay
    Inflexible hours
    Overworked
Doing things not in my job description
    No free meals?
I end up closing 530-11 on 3-4 nights a week and don't really get any extra compensation. As a student I need something to compensate for the fact that I am sacrificing time to do homework and sleep.

    Advice to Management

Raise the starting pay and more people will apply.
