-Flexibility -Staff -Lesson Plans Cons -Pay rate -Communication After the new regulations in China changed policies for foreign teachers Qkids did not tell us when we would be dismissed. It was sad to say goodbye to students. But overall this was a great job I really loved it. The staff were very friendly.

- They schedule for you and talk to the kids/families for you. - My schedule has been filled most of the time (not the case for some others). - Lessons (curriculum) is done for you. You may need/want a prop or two. - The staff treats you like a person with a life - AMAZING!!! - You can talk to the staff at any time. - You can ask to have a personal day, sick day or vacation at any time (preferably with 5+ hours notice). - You can change your availability whenever you want. - The kids are (usually) wonderful, well-behaved, want to learn and super cute! - The lessons are interactive, engaging and FUN with an imaginative wonderful story, games, songs and cute animated characters.
Cons
Wish the classes weren't so early in the morning, but that can't be helped because of the location of the children (China). I wish this company could continue in China and I could continue working for them. Sadly, because of the regulations in China, I am now looking for other ESL work...
