Thank you very much for sharing your comment. We do understand that the hours are difficult due to the time difference between China and North America if you have a full-time job. Hence, we offer a relatively flexible schedule and attendance policy for teachers as we would like to support teachers as much as we can. Please feel free to come back if your working hours change and feel like teaching with us again. We truly appreciate your review!

    Pros

work from home you don't have to create your own classes.

    Cons

the hiring process took one month, they do back ground checks, the communication is very unorganized, the pay is low for what it is, you only get about 20 hours per week. If you take a break for a few months, they make you do this whole hiring process again. You need a B.A or degree, when all you are doing is teaching 5-10 year olds some games and basic English.

    Pros

The children are happy and excited to learn! Their posotive attitudes are contagious. - the ability to work from home while my children are sleeping has been a huge blessing and pro for my family.

    Cons

Depending on where you live in the US the hours are extra early. -sometimes their are minor technical issues typically on the students end.

    Excellent

    Pros

-Work from home -Early classes while my kids sleep -Friendly staff -Friendly teachers -Staff is understanding when something pops up and realize we are all human

    Cons

-You cannot view your ratings from different classes -Parents may give you a poor rating due to technical issues during class (software glitches) -You cannot view comments from individual students/parents (mostly bc they're in Chinese) I should add you can contact your mentor and ask what your ratings are -but it's just a hassle and it may be a day or so before they are able to get back to you. Your mentor CAN review a low rating if they think it should be. But it stinks bc in order to reach the performance bonus your rating needs to be 4.75 or higher.
