    Pros

Good people worked here, knew what they were doing. The managers were great, really cared about the employees. Good culture, folks getting together after work, etc..

    Cons

The company was purchased by another company in 2010. QORE was having some financial problems for several reasons, some internal and some external. The new company cut everybodys pay.

I worked at Qore Property Sciences full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The overall experience was a great learning tool. The insight and ability of veteran staff to be mentors was unexpected but very well appreciated.

    Cons

Expect an endless progression of micromanaging. Even the smallest tasks are treated like the end of world is counting on it's ultimate completion.

    Advice to Management

Trust employees to do the slightest tasks without over analysis.

    Pros

I received a company truck and great in house training for the position. It was a fufilling position, way better than fast food.

    Cons

Sometimes it was necessary to work weird hours with concrete pours starting at 2 or 3am and going till 10 or 11 am.

    Advice to Management
