I have been working at Qorvo full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Great place to start if you've never worked in the industry. You can learn a lot if you apply yourself. A lot of people here have been working here for 15+ year and have a lot of knowledge to share.

      Cons

Low pay compared to other companies. Hard to get promotions. Small pay raises.

I have been working at Qorvo full-time for more than a year

      Pros

You get to work 3-4 fats a week & the benefits are good.

      Cons

They make you feel like you can’t call in to work when you’re sick, as if you call in your position will be in jeopardy, especially if it’s on a weekend! There’s also not a lot of room for promotion, & the managers looked stressed!

I worked at Qorvo full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Qorvo U.S. Inc. is quick to give a job offers and will support employees who show loyalty, and place the interests of management before their own well being.

      Cons

      • The management has implemented the practice of defaming and blacklisting employees who complain or questions the unethical personnel practices. • There is no safety (EHS) policy or training, and injuries are higher than normal. The shift manager instructs supervisor to leave the building as "save themselves," if there is a facilities -related emergency. • There are no HR managers onsite, and shift supervisors are...

      Advice to Management

      • Get out of the defense industry because sensitive technology is not being secured as required by federal regulations. • If you chose to continue to discriminate against minorities and people with disabilities, don't represent the company as being an equal opportunity employer. • Hire an employment lawyer to review employment decision because the offsite HR group in Oregon is exposing the company and managers to...

I worked at Qorvo full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Working at Qorvo (APK, Florida) was an extremely positive experience. I was able to grow as an engineer surrounded by experienced and talented individuals.

      Cons

      1. At the local level, there were probably some managerial improvements that could have been made; talent turnover was a big one. There were plenty of people whose tenures at the company should have been cut short for the benefit of the product, the line, or the site. 2. It's corporate life. There are too many meetings. This should be expected in most places, though. 3. As an equipment engineer, you can work...

      Advice to Management

Don't rob Peter to pay Paul, then realise that you still owe Paul a lot of money so you kill Peter and sell his clothes.

I worked at Qorvo full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Can't think of any. Overtime isn't common, I guess

      Cons

Incredibly toxic workplace. Bigotry and harassment are common, retaliation for any complaints whatsoever - too. Plenty of people working here would never be employed in any decent/professional company

      Advice to Management

None. At this point this company's culture is beyond redemption.

      I worked at Qorvo full-time

      Pros

The company has the right mix of people. Pay can be good if you have a high degree. Most of the management team strive for excellence.

      Cons

Too many obstacles to become a top notch company. The competitors are continuously winning the contracts.
