I worked at QuEST Global full-time

    Pros

Nice coworkers, great work hours, get to learn a lot from many challenging and interesting projects

    Cons

Company's survival depends on big OEM's to outsource. If they pullout, employees may face layoff or unpaid leave. It's really stressful.

    Advice to Management

The center management is perfect. But the corporate level management needs to value employees more. Also, they need to make sure customers respect Quest engineers.

    Pros

Nothing to mention, good if you are customer location.

    Cons

Worst HR policies. First company in my experience considering no of leaves taken in appraisal. Manager target your billing ratio in such way that it can be achievable only if you do not take any leaves, even casual leaves also which will be lapsed at the end of the year.

One more important thing is variable pay, very cheap tactics to save money, variable pay always less than 50 percent of quoted figure , appraisal is less than the inflation of the country ,therefore real salary decreases every year. If you now that you are not able to pay the quoted figure of variable pay then why you are showing this as high figure in CTC and making fools of your employees.

No employee welfare, they simply treat employee as money printing machine particularly when your man hours are billed to customers. When you are at customer location there is a policy that you can not take more than two leaves, if you have taken then your onsite allowance will be deducted, sample one among worst policies of company.

    Advice to Management

Keep you employee happy with good variable pay at least quoted figure and reasonable good hike, it is motivation for all employees. They will keep your customer happy finally it will reflect to company only.

I have been working at QuEST Global full-time

    Pros

Growing company, nice colleagues, many sites around the world gives opportunities to travel, possibility of working on-site at Airbus, Boeing, etc.

    Cons

Management can be quite cutthroat, quick to fire and hire, not the highest pay relative to other comparable companies.

    Advice to Management

HR systems (Kra's, ipms, training approach) could be improved. Take up an unnecessarily large amount of time, and distract from paid work.

I have been working at QuEST Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great flexibility and good work/life balance. Standard hours, but can change if needed to accommodate personal life. If you want to make it at this company you must personally and actively look for work to get noticed. Not a horrible place.

    Cons

Not alot of room for growth here. Transparency between corporate and project centers are something to be desired. Basically you will not move up in the company unless somebody else leaves. If you want a job where you can be easy going and laid back, this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Improve personal communications with your employees.
