      Pay, opportunities to advance, 3 or 4 days off at a time if you like the 12 hour rotating shifts

      Cons

      12 hour shifts, lots of hours on your feet, can be very fast pace at times with no help

      Great pay, insurance, buy things on credit, onsite clinic and dentist, daycare, gym, and more.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts, low advancement, mainly Hispanics, no help with personal issues unless your there over a year, and more.

      Pros

      advancement opportunities are prevalent, starting pay is excellent. Benefits are great, with their own clinic. health costs are greatly reduced. Time and a half/ overtime

      Cons

      seasonal lulls in production in the 1st quarter and end of the 4th lead to decreased hours. Transactional business nature leads to less tolerance of work absence and no sick days are given. Paid vacation time is often used to make up for decreased hours. 12 hour shifts are rough, and shifts switch form days to nights every 3 months, as well as switch the side of the week you work.
