I worked at Quaker Steak & Lube part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some really great managers who will work with you. If you can get into a spot that makes money, you make a decent amount for a service job. Nice co-workers, for the most part. You can keep this job for a while, because if they like you, you are in the door.

    Cons

On the downslide of the franchise life cycle. Only a few positions make decent money.

    Advice to Management

Start going after the younger crowd. The average age in the place is late 40-50's or older for the regulars. Gearing towards a 30-40's crowd will bring life back into the place.
